We are back again this week with some more of the Word of God just for you. And we're going to get into some really, really beautiful scriptures. We're going to get into the Word like we always do. Before we get into what we have to discuss tonight, we'll just do a brief recap just to go through some of the things that we shared last week so that, you know, you can come up to speed with the things that we'll be talking about tonight. I trust you're having a very good night. I'm having a great week. You know, another week in the Word of God, another week of learning, another week of growing in the things of God, another week of walking in the light of God's Word. And I trust that you're also doing that where you are at, where you're at. Glory to God. So last week we looked at some very, very, very interesting and beautiful scriptures. We looked into First Corinthians, chapter 14. We looked into, you know, the ministry of the Holy Spirit in you and the, the manifestation of the Spirit of God through you. If you haven't watched it, you can please go on our YouTube feed and you can catch last week's episode. It was very powerful. And the episode before that as well was also amazing. There's so much to learn there. And as well, we looked at scriptures From John chapter 14, powerful scriptures that revealed to us, you know, how the Holy Spirit has this ministry in, in us and how to actually activate it. We looked at how to activate it. We can go there quickly. That's in John chapter 14. So we were looking at, you know, the benefits of speaking in tongues. They are benefits to speaking in tongues [00:02:08] Speaker C: that every child of God has to [00:02:10] Speaker A: participate in and has to take and take advantage of. Not too many of God's children are taking advantage of this ministry of the Holy Spirit in, or even know how to even tap into it. You know, glory to God. And we looked at John. Let's get to that scripture. I can read from verse John, chapter 14. I'll read from verse 20. From verse 26. Says, but he the comforter, the. [00:02:44] Speaker C: He the comforter, that is the paracletos. [00:02:48] Speaker A: He the comforter, which is the paracletos, but he the comforter. And that word comforter there is paracleto, it says, which is the Holy Spirit. Glory to God. So Jesus reviewed to us that the paracletos was the Holy Spirit. And then we, like we said, you Know, if you haven't read the book seven Things that the Holy Spirit will do in you, you please need to go get that book. It's a powerful book from the man of God, Pastor Chris, that will give you a greater understanding, more understanding of, of the ministry of the Holy Spirit in you. So now that, and we said, you know, from that scripture, when you, that word paracletos, when you now look at the synonyms, you know, if you study even in the amplified Bible that actually list them, we're talking about, you know, comforter. He's the counselor, he's the advocate, he's the intercessor, he's the standby, he's the helper and teacher. Those are the seven synonyms that are listed as paracletos. [00:03:43] Speaker C: What would mean paracletos? [00:03:45] Speaker A: And then, then. And we discovered that, that the paracletos is the Holy Spirit. [00:03:50] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:03:51] Speaker C: And a lot of Christians, a lot of God's children have not understood how to take advantage and how to activate and how to walk in that ministry [00:04:02] Speaker A: of the Holy Spirit in them. Glory to God. [00:04:04] Speaker C: And practically how to actually do it. [00:04:07] Speaker A: Practically throughout your day, when you encounter [00:04:10] Speaker C: things through your day, what is your response? Is there something that you can do? Is there a response that you can actually put to work, put the word [00:04:18] Speaker A: of God to work and get results? [00:04:20] Speaker C: Yes, there is a response. There is something that every child of God can do and always be over in life, all right? Always taking advantage of the ministry, this sevenfold ministry of the Holy Spirit in you. [00:04:34] Speaker A: Glory to God. [00:04:36] Speaker C: So it says that the. The. But the comforter, which is the Holy Spirit, but the paracletos, which is the Holy Spirit. [00:04:42] Speaker A: And we also looked at John, chapter four, not John, chapter 14, First Corinthians, chapter 14. We went there, powerful, powerful scripture there in First Corinthians, chapter 14. And we read First Corinthians, chapter 14 from verse one, from verse one to four. And we studied it in a way probably you've probably never studied it before. When with the things that we looked at, very, very amazing things and we talked about, you know, the pneumaticus, we looked in verse one, it says, they follow after charity. The word there is love. [00:05:15] Speaker C: That is the love of God, says follow after it. [00:05:17] Speaker A: It says, pursue it. Desire, love, glory to God. [00:05:21] Speaker C: And then it says, pursue love. [00:05:23] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:05:24] Speaker A: Pursue the love of God. [00:05:25] Speaker C: And then it says, but desire, spiritual. It says desire, spiritual. And you have the word gifts. [00:05:31] Speaker A: And in your Bible you check that [00:05:32] Speaker C: that word gifts is in italics, meaning that it is not in the Original manuscript. [00:05:37] Speaker A: So what he's saying there, so, so [00:05:38] Speaker C: what it would read there, if you [00:05:40] Speaker A: just read it according to what is written in the original Greek manuscript, it [00:05:44] Speaker C: says follow after love and desire. Spiritual, that is desire spiritual. That word spiritual, we found out that it is pneumaticos. Now what is pneumaticos? We're going to look at a couple of Greek words today to kind of like get into, to give us an understanding of the things that the Apostle Paul was trying to communicate by the spirit of God to us regarding the pneumaticos and regarding the manifestation of the pneumaticos and regarding the operation of the pneumaticos. [00:06:11] Speaker A: Glory to God. [00:06:11] Speaker C: This is the desire, the spiritual, but rather that you may prophesy. So he was comparing two things here, the spiritual and then the other one, he categorized it as to prophesy. [00:06:20] Speaker A: And then, then we, when you go [00:06:22] Speaker C: to verse two, what we said is [00:06:23] Speaker A: that he begins to now describe the [00:06:26] Speaker C: two classifications which he is comparing. All right, which, the one is the pneumaticos, which is the spiritual or the supernatural, or that which relates to the born again spirit that is filled with the Holy Spirit. Then it says also the other one is prophecy. But then we said that prophecy here, that he said the, the, the, the second one is to prophesy. And that word prophecy there, the context is not referring to the prophecy as in the office of a prophet and it's not referring to prophecy as in the gift of prophecy. Because the office of a prophet and the gift of prophecy was all fall in the category of the pneumaticos. [00:07:00] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:07:01] Speaker C: So what prophesy is he talking about here? To prophesy it means that to speak the word of God, it's not to foretell, it's talking about, for telling. That is something that, like what I'm doing to you now, sharing the word [00:07:17] Speaker A: of God with you in a language that you can understand. That is what he's talking about. That is what he's comparing, that. And because when you go to verse [00:07:24] Speaker C: two and then he says desire, but rather that you may prophesy. Because when you operate in the pneumaticos, he says when you operate in the pneumatic course, you communicate, all right, in an unknown tongue. You communicate in things that cannot be understood with the natural mind. Says you communicate in an unknown tongue, but then you're speaking to God and not to men. But then when you prophesy, when you speak the word of God in a language that men can understand, when you, when you prophesy you're speaking the word of God in a language that men can understand. [00:07:54] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:07:56] Speaker C: So Those are the two classifications of communication, of spiritual things. That is comparing that's 1 Corinthians, chapter 14. [00:08:03] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:08:05] Speaker A: And then we went on. That was verse two, and then verse three. And then he says, [00:08:11] Speaker C: says. For it says, it says, for he that speaks in an unknown tongue does not speak unto men, but unto God. For no man understands, however, in the Spirit he speaks mysteries. [00:08:21] Speaker A: And then verse three says, but he [00:08:22] Speaker C: that prophesies speak, speaks unto men. [00:08:24] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:08:26] Speaker C: Says, when you speak, it says, he that speaks in an unknown tongue speaks, does not speak to men, but to God. So he that speaks in an unknown tongue speaks to God. And it says, but he that prophesies speaks unto men. And then it says to edification, exhortation, and comfort. [00:08:41] Speaker A: Verse four is the giveaway. Verse four is what really brings this [00:08:45] Speaker C: whole communication, what Paul was communicating. [00:08:48] Speaker A: It brings it together. [00:08:49] Speaker C: Verse 4 says, he that speaks in an unknown tongue edifies himself, says, but he that prophesies edifies the church. So now verse four qualifies speaking in tongues, like in. [00:09:01] Speaker B: In the. In. [00:09:01] Speaker A: In. [00:09:01] Speaker B: In. [00:09:01] Speaker C: In the. In explanation and in revealing the ministry of the Holy Spirit in and through you, as he did in verse three when he was talking about prophesying glory to God. So that means that what. [00:09:13] Speaker A: What we said last week was that [00:09:15] Speaker C: he could have actually said this, and you. You still would not have. [00:09:20] Speaker B: The, the. The. The. [00:09:21] Speaker C: The communication would have even been even stronger and would have even blessed us even more had he actually said this, [00:09:30] Speaker A: what I'm about to say to you now. [00:09:31] Speaker C: He could have written it this way, okay, but then he didn't because of [00:09:36] Speaker A: verse four, because verse four gives it away, okay? [00:09:38] Speaker C: But he could have actually even done [00:09:40] Speaker A: it that way, and it still would not have changed the meaning of the. Or the context of the things that he was trying to communicate with this portion of Scripture. [00:09:48] Speaker C: So what he could have said is that he that speaks in an unknown tongue says, edifies himself, exalts himself, and ministers comfort within himself. And then he says, and then he would have gone on to say, but he that prophesies speaks unto men to edification, exhortation, and comfort. And then he would have gone to. Now to verse four, which now would have been verse five. Then he would have said, and he that speaks in an unknown tongue edifies himself. But he that prophesies edifies the church. And it would have still maintained. It would have not have lost its meaning. It would have made it a lot simpler and easier to understand that between speaking in tongues and prophesying, you're comparing two things that are exactly the same that do the exact same thing. One does it within a person's self, within themselves, within, and the other one does it to men that are listening [00:10:40] Speaker A: to him or glory to God. [00:10:42] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:10:43] Speaker C: So now the ministry of the we said the ministry of the Holy Spirit, the comforter, is released when you now study here the word paraclesis, which is exhortation, which is Translated here in First Corinthians 14:3, as, as exhortation says, he that prophesies speaks unto men to edification, exhortation and comfort. So if he that speaks in an unknown tongue edifies himself, and he that prophesies edifies himself, that would mean that he that prophesies speaks unto men to edification, exhortation and comfort would also qualify speaking in tongues to exhortation and comfort. Over and above. He that speaks in an unknown tongue edifies himself. Am I making I, I, I, I hope I'm not losing, I'm not losing anybody here. Okay, but what I'm communic simple. [00:11:36] Speaker A: The mathematics here is very simple. The one plus one is two here. Okay? [00:11:41] Speaker C: So he so if it is what [00:11:43] Speaker A: I'm basically saying in, in simple terms [00:11:46] Speaker C: is that if it is okay to [00:11:48] Speaker A: say that he that prophesies speaks unto men to edification, exhortation, and comfort, and [00:11:54] Speaker C: then also say that he that speaks in an unknown tongue edifies himself, and he that prophesies edifies the church. That means that you can also say, [00:12:02] Speaker A: like it is written in verse 3, [00:12:03] Speaker C: 1 Corinthians 14:3, you can also say, apart from saying he that prophesies speaks unto men to edification, if also speaking in tongues edifies yourself, you can now also qualify exhortation and comfort with speaking in tongues. But this, the edification and the comfort is no longer unto men because you're speaking in an unknown language and you're speaking to God. The exhortation and comfort is now happening within you. [00:12:28] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:12:29] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:12:32] Speaker A: Powerful, powerful, powerful truth. And then now that word that is translated, exhortation, is the word paraclesis. [00:12:39] Speaker D: From where you get that word paracletos, hallelujah. [00:12:44] Speaker C: So that's how you activate the ministry of the Holy Spirit in you. [00:12:48] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:12:49] Speaker C: That's how you activate the paraclesis from allos paracletos, hallelujah. That's how you activate the comfort from the comforter. That's how you activate the counsel from the Counselor. That's how you activate the, the, the, the, the. [00:13:06] Speaker B: The. [00:13:06] Speaker C: The help from the helper. That's how you activate the teaching from the teacher. That's how you activate these things. [00:13:13] Speaker A: Glory to God. [00:13:14] Speaker C: That's how you, you activate the advocacy of the advocate with that is the holy. And this is all the ministry of the Holy Spirit in you. And you can activate it. You can release it. Glory to God. And it says that that happens when you speak in other tongues. You release it within you. You release the ministry, this ministry of the Holy Spirit within you as you are speaking in other tongues, whereas you're speaking in an unknown tongue. [00:13:39] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:13:40] Speaker C: So that's why I said that God's children are not speaking in tongues enough. [00:13:44] Speaker A: Glory to God. [00:13:45] Speaker C: Where's the place for depression if you're speaking in tongues? Where's this place for suicidal thoughts if you're speaking in tongues? Where's this place for unfulfillment if you're speaking in tongues? [00:13:56] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:13:56] Speaker C: There's no place for it. [00:13:57] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:13:59] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:14:00] Speaker C: Where's the place. [00:14:01] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:14:02] Speaker C: Where you do not know what to do as you're speaking in tongues. When you have the helper, which is the Holy Spirit. And you know how to activate the ministry of the Holy Spirit in you as the helper, you. There's a task at hand. There's something that needs to be done, and you need help. And you think, oh, how come there's nobody here to help me? There's nobody here to help me. Child of God. Do you know that the helper, the Holy Spirit, the paracletos is inside you? And you just sit there and you require help. It doesn't matter what the task is. It doesn't matter what you need to do. It doesn't matter what needs to happen. [00:14:36] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:14:37] Speaker C: What you need to know is that you have the helper inside you, which is the Holy Spirit. And now you need paraklisis, the paraklesis of the helper, the paraklesis of help, the paraklesis of the helper to be released. You need help. You don't know who's the right candidate to help you with this job. You don't know who's the right candidate to help you with this business deal. You don't know who' who's the right helper to help you with this assignment. But you know that you need help. [00:15:06] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:15:07] Speaker C: If you are born again and you are filled with the Holy Spirit and you know how to speak in tongues, Then you need not to look anywhere for the help that you require. What you need to do is to sit there and start to speak in other tongues. [00:15:21] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:15:22] Speaker C: And your consciousness, your mind. [00:15:24] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:15:25] Speaker C: Your mind, you zoom in your mind. You focus on your mind, on the helper, The Holy Spirit as your helper, the Holy Spirit as your helper. You focus that in your mind, in your consciousness. I need the Holy Spirit as my helper. I need help with this assignment. I need help with this business deal. I need help right now. And you release those tongues and you start to speak in tongues. [00:15:48] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:15:49] Speaker C: And you know, the Holy Spirit, the helper, the helper that you need the right help for that will fulfill the task successfully. The right person for that job to help you with that assignment successfully. The right person for that contract to help you with what you need to do. The Holy Spirit will bring them to you. [00:16:08] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:16:11] Speaker C: So, yeah, I am helped. I can never be without help. It doesn't matter what it is that needs to happen where I'm at. I'm speaking in tongues. I'm speaking in tongues. When I come to a place or to a situation where I need somebody to help me because I have been speaking in tongues. And I. With the knowledge, with the understanding that the Holy Spirit is the paracletos that. [00:16:33] Speaker B: That. [00:16:33] Speaker C: That ministers the paracletis of help within me, I. I know that when I get to that situation, the help is [00:16:41] Speaker A: going to be readily available for me. [00:16:43] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:16:44] Speaker C: So there's nothing that I need to do that I know that is under the sun, that I will never have have help for. Why? Because I have the paracletesis, the help of the paracletes at work in me. Everything that God has assigned me to do in this world, that help has been provided. Why? Because I know how to activate the ministry, the paraclesis of the helper from within me as I speak in other tongues. [00:17:11] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:17:15] Speaker C: That's how you win in life. That's how you can always be a success. That's how no matter the challenge, no matter what comes up against you, you will always be on top. You will always win. [00:17:26] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:17:29] Speaker C: Hey, you know, people who have known me, hey, listen, listen. I'm still moving, I'm still standing. I'm still going forward. I'm still going upward. [00:17:39] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:17:40] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:17:41] Speaker C: Even at a time when things looked like, oh, what's happening with this guy? Why is his life like this? Why is his life going like this? And people didn't understand. [00:17:51] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:17:53] Speaker C: The helper was inside me. The counselor was inside me. My advocate was. My advocate was at work inside me. I was just there. [00:18:03] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:18:04] Speaker C: Speaking in other tongues. [00:18:06] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:18:07] Speaker C: Inquiring for my advocate. He's my advocate. [00:18:10] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:18:13] Speaker C: And somebody you know. It doesn't matter. Listen, you. Are you a child of God? Are you filled with the Holy Spirit? Have they wrongfully accused you? Have they wrongfully accused you? [00:18:23] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:18:25] Speaker C: The Holy Spirit is your advocate, is your counsel for the defense. [00:18:30] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:18:32] Speaker C: When nobody is there. [00:18:33] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:18:34] Speaker C: To stand, to speak on your behalf. [00:18:36] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:18:37] Speaker C: To bring evidence and witness. [00:18:39] Speaker B: Hallelujah. To. [00:18:40] Speaker D: To. [00:18:40] Speaker B: To. [00:18:40] Speaker C: To be your counsel for the defense. [00:18:43] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:18:43] Speaker C: And you cannot defend yourself. Listen, I never. I never have to defend myself. I never have to defend myself. Hallelujah. [00:18:52] Speaker B: If I'm. [00:18:52] Speaker C: If I'm accused, I never have to stand up and say, ah, it wasn't me. I was. [00:18:57] Speaker B: No. [00:18:57] Speaker C: I never have to prove anything. Why? Because I've come to understand that the Holy Spirit is in me. He's my advocate. He's my advocate. [00:19:09] Speaker B: Hey. [00:19:09] Speaker C: Are there people at your work that are accusing you wrongly? Are there people at your work, child of God, that are lying on your name, that are lying and accusing you and trying to put you and trying to. And trying to discredit you on your job? [00:19:23] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:19:23] Speaker C: With all kinds of evil. With all kinds of evil lies. What do you need to do? You need to sit down there in your office and focus your mind on your advocates, which is the Holy Spirit, and you begin to release the paracletesis from aloes. Paracletos. His advocacy. You need his advocacy. You need him to come and to defend you. You need to come. [00:19:47] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:19:48] Speaker C: And to be your advocates, because people in your job have ganged up against you. They're trying to oust you from your job. They're trying to oust you from your promotion. They're trying to oust you from your position. They're trying to oust you from your progress in your job. They've come against you. [00:20:05] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:20:07] Speaker C: Why do the heathens rage? [00:20:08] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:20:13] Speaker C: You sit there, you start speaking in tongues. You're activating what, the ministry of the Holy Spirit in you. He's your advocate. [00:20:27] Speaker B: Hey. [00:20:28] Speaker C: And I'll tell you one thing will happen. It will just be a matter of time. You just keep speaking in tongues as you get to your job. You're on your job and you're speaking in tongues, and they're saying all these evil things against you. [00:20:41] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:20:42] Speaker C: You're just there. You're speaking in tongues. You're speaking in tongues. Hey. The day will come. [00:20:48] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:20:51] Speaker C: Those that were plotting for your demise, those that were plotting for your demotion, those were your plotting. [00:20:57] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:20:58] Speaker C: For you to lose your job. [00:20:59] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:21:00] Speaker C: They are the ones that will find themselves in the pit that they were planning for you. [00:21:05] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:21:06] Speaker C: Ah. Why? Because you have the paraclesis. You know how to release the paraclesis. You know how to activate the ministry of the Holy Spirit. You know how to activate the power of this thing. [00:21:18] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:21:19] Speaker C: He's your helper. He's your advocate. He's your standby. [00:21:23] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:21:24] Speaker B: Hey. [00:21:28] Speaker A: Oh. [00:21:29] Speaker C: How to take advantage of the ministry [00:21:32] Speaker A: of the Holy Spirit in you. Hey. And we also looked at some beautiful [00:21:37] Speaker C: things that we want to get into [00:21:39] Speaker A: right now and discuss and discuss. [00:21:43] Speaker C: So, child of God, you can never be disadvantaged in your life. It doesn't matter where you're at. It doesn't matter who's coming against you. It doesn't matter what they are saying. It doesn't matter what they've plotted. It doesn't matter how many of them they are. Even if it's a group of managers at your. At your work, a group of bosses at your work. They're trying to destroy your life. They're trying to destroy your career. [00:22:05] Speaker B: Hey. [00:22:06] Speaker C: Do you know. Do you know what it means to be filled with the Holy Spirit? [00:22:13] Speaker A: At least from. [00:22:14] Speaker C: From, from. From this message and from this teaching? You now begin to know to activate how to release this power of God from within you. [00:22:23] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:22:24] Speaker C: And impact your environment, impact that whole business, impact that whole office. [00:22:29] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:22:31] Speaker C: You'll be the one that will be running that whole office as you're speaking in other tongues. [00:22:35] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:22:36] Speaker B: Hey. [00:22:37] Speaker C: They just. You don't have to be the boss. You don't have to be the CEO. [00:22:40] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:22:41] Speaker C: But you can dominate that environment and impose. [00:22:45] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:22:47] Speaker C: You can impose. [00:22:48] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:22:49] Speaker C: The will of God in that business. You can impose the will of God in that company. You can impose. Superimpose the righteousness of God in that business. [00:22:59] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:23:02] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:23:03] Speaker C: Why, that is what it means to be the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. [00:23:07] Speaker B: Hey. [00:23:10] Speaker A: Okay, so we looked at a lot of those beautiful things and we looked at the manifestation of the Spirit. [00:23:15] Speaker C: That's what I want to get into. And on that note of the manifestation [00:23:19] Speaker A: of the Spirit that I Wanted us to get into, you know, there's some [00:23:23] Speaker C: statements that I said, there's some things that I said and I wanted us to study a bit further. Some of those things that I actually [00:23:29] Speaker A: got to say last week in our [00:23:31] Speaker C: previous episode that maybe some people might have heard the first time when I [00:23:35] Speaker A: told you that, you know, in the [00:23:36] Speaker C: scriptures, when you study the scriptures, there's no way where it was written spiritual gifts. There's no word spiritual gifts there. There was no spiritual gifts that was written there in First Corinthians, chapter 12. [00:23:47] Speaker A: All right. [00:23:47] Speaker C: Although the translators translated it as spiritual gifts, but the word there that they translated gifts is actually not gifts. [00:23:54] Speaker A: But we'll look at the words right now and we'll look at what the word. [00:23:56] Speaker C: That's why, that's why I love the word of God. [00:23:58] Speaker A: Because the word of God is there [00:23:59] Speaker C: and everybody can there and look at it and read it and see what it says. [00:24:03] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:24:04] Speaker C: And you can then you just take it for what it says. [00:24:07] Speaker A: All right. [00:24:08] Speaker C: And it never actually says spiritual gift. That's why the word gift is always in italics because it was never there in the original. But they thought that they would, they were helping Hallelujah. But it actually brought a bit of, yeah, it brought some clarity. [00:24:22] Speaker A: All right. [00:24:22] Speaker C: To get us to a level of understanding, to understand the operation of the Spirit. [00:24:28] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:24:28] Speaker C: How the Holy Spirit operates, but then also kind of like worked, brought some limitations. [00:24:35] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:24:36] Speaker C: Brought some limitations of, of how the manifest, how the Holy Spirit can freely operate in and through a Spirit filled [00:24:44] Speaker A: Christian, born again Christian. [00:24:47] Speaker C: So because the, the teaching that was that, that, that I, I, I was raised up in that teaching, I was raised up in the generation that taught these things. And these are the things that I heard and I believed and I, I, and, and you know, this is the thing. If the teaching is not accurate, then that means that the believing is also [00:25:07] Speaker A: not going to be accurate, which, which [00:25:10] Speaker C: would result in a limitation in the expression and the exhibition of the Spirit of God in a Christian's life. Okay, so if, I'll say that again. If the teaching is not accurate, it is going to lead to the wrong expectation of these spiritual things which will now result in a limited manifestation of [00:25:32] Speaker A: spiritual things in a believer's life. [00:25:34] Speaker C: That's how it works. So, so that's why it's very important to get the accurate teaching, the, get the exact teaching. What was the Holy Spirit saying? What did he actually say? And thank God for the translators. But you know, it, because of some of the Things that they were probably pressured or afraid to say at the time. They chose specific words that actually kind of didn't express fully exactly what the Holy Spirit wanted to communicate, which actually brought like a slight deviation of what the things the Spirit of God was trying to communicate to us. And with that deviation, it meant that, you know, the, the teaching would now come across wrong, not because of the, the minister's fault, but because of the translator's fault. So now, now that we have all this, you know, so, so, so I know somebody will be saying, so Shingi, why is it that you are the one that is coming out and saying these things? Why did. Are you the only one that saw this thing? Are you the first one that saw this thing? So why is it that it is, why it is you that must come out and say this? Listen, a lot of people actually have probably seen it and probably have said it in some, in some meetings, but I wasn't there, okay? But I've seen it and I'm here today. [00:26:52] Speaker A: So I have got the, and, and, [00:26:55] Speaker C: and, and, and, and I have to say what it says. That's what it's about. What does the word say? I have all I have to do. I never wrote it. [00:27:03] Speaker A: I never decided. [00:27:04] Speaker C: I just saw it written there, okay? So it's not like I'm out here [00:27:08] Speaker A: to, to go against one minister of God or the other. [00:27:12] Speaker C: I'm out here to look at what the word says and share with people [00:27:16] Speaker A: what the word says, okay? [00:27:19] Speaker C: So if anybody's got an issue, they've got an issue. Not with me or what I say, but they've got an issue with what the word says. Because all I do, all I do [00:27:27] Speaker A: is just reiterate what the word says. [00:27:30] Speaker C: That is what that is. That is. That is my job. [00:27:33] Speaker B: Hallelujah. Okay. [00:27:34] Speaker A: Glory to God. [00:27:36] Speaker C: So, so these things have always been there. [00:27:37] Speaker A: They were. [00:27:38] Speaker C: It's not that they would be. [00:27:39] Speaker A: I'm putting them there. [00:27:40] Speaker C: They have always been there. From before I was born, they were already there. Okay, So I didn't come and now put them there. Now I'm showing you something that I'm adding. No, I'm not adding anything. I'm just saying what is. What is there. And if something is not there, I'll tell you that. Listen, I've checked, and in the Scriptures, it's actually not there, okay? So that's all, that's all it is. And what does that do? It helps us get the exact communication to, and, and communicate the exact expression. So that what? So that we can have the accurate expectation, and we can have the accurate experience and manifestation of the things of God in our lives. That's what the communication is for. So if the communication is inaccurate, it means that our believing is going to be inaccurate, and that means that our results are also going to be inaccurate. And remember, the Bible also says that in the last days, knowledge shall increase. [00:28:39] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:28:41] Speaker C: And we're in the last days. And knowledge of God's word has increased. Understanding of God's word is increasing. It has increased and it shall keep on increasing. [00:28:50] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:28:52] Speaker C: That's why we've got such, you know, channels like what the Word says. [00:28:56] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:28:57] Speaker D: Why? [00:28:58] Speaker C: Because we're in the last days and we have tapped into that grace of increase in knowledge. Increase in knowledge. [00:29:05] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:29:33] Speaker A: So what we want to get into going forward, what we want to study, you know, is the Spirit gifts and graces. Glory to God. So it's the Spirit gifts and graces, all right? So when you study these things and what the Holy Spirit said regarding the Spirit and how, and regarding gifts and regarding graces, then you begin to now get a fuller understanding of the ministry of the Holy Spirit through you. Glory to God. [00:30:09] Speaker C: That will help you understand, that will help. It will help your expectations so that you're believing and you're expecting. [00:30:15] Speaker A: Expectation can be accurate. [00:30:17] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:30:18] Speaker A: Glory to God. Because. [00:30:20] Speaker C: But. [00:30:21] Speaker A: Because if you do not get this correct, then that means that your believing is also not going to be correct. And if your expectation is not correct, then the manifestation. [00:30:41] Speaker A: The things of. The manifestation of the graces of God and the power of God in your life are gonna be. Have a limitation. Okay? So that's why teaching of the Word of God is very important. And understanding the Word of God is of utmost importance. Glory to God. So when we. So before we get into. But then when you go deep into the study of these things, when you study the Greek words that were being [00:31:47] Speaker C: used, you get to understand the picture [00:31:49] Speaker A: that was being communicated in its fullness, [00:31:53] Speaker C: so that you can now begin to believe God for the fullness of what was being communicated, so that you can now walk in the fullness of what [00:32:01] Speaker A: was being communicated by the Holy Spirit. [00:32:05] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:32:08] Speaker A: Okay, so before we do that, I want to go into the scripture. Before we look at that, I want us to look at. Let's start at First Corinthians, chapter two. [00:32:28] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:32:36] Speaker A: So if you want to understand what Paul was talking about here when he began to introduce this communication about the pneumaticos. [00:32:44] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:32:45] Speaker C: The pneumaticos. [00:32:46] Speaker A: So now we, we want to look at the word spirit. Hallelujah. We're going to look at. [00:32:51] Speaker C: So well, because while we're talking about [00:32:52] Speaker A: the Spirit and then we're talking about gifts, and then we're going to go into the graces, all right? [00:32:57] Speaker C: And then we'll see what the Apostle [00:32:59] Speaker A: Paul actually said about these things so [00:33:01] Speaker C: that we can actually get to an [00:33:02] Speaker A: understanding of the things, what he communicated regarding these things. Glory to God. All right? Okay. Hallelujah. So now the word that is translated spirit, when you study the word of God, is that word is the, is the Greek word numa, right? It's the Greek word numa. And the Greek word numa [00:33:31] Speaker C: comes from [00:33:33] Speaker A: another Greek word which is called, which is neo. [00:33:37] Speaker C: Okay? [00:33:37] Speaker A: So Neo is talking about to blow. [00:33:41] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:33:42] Speaker A: It's talking about to blow. Glory to God. And then to, to further, to understand. Let's go to John. Actually. Let's go. Let's start with John so that we can understand this word spirit correctly. John, chapter three. If you go to John, chapter three, I think if we read from verse, verse eight, John, chapter three, verse eight. [00:34:09] Speaker C: Here you, you, in your translation, you'd [00:34:11] Speaker A: have it written there. The wind blows where it lists and [00:34:17] Speaker C: you hear the sound thereof. But you cannot tell, you cannot tell where it comes from and where it is going. [00:34:27] Speaker A: Says, so is everyone that is born of the Spirit. [00:34:32] Speaker C: Okay, so now he says here from verse Eight. [00:34:34] Speaker A: Okay, now when you study, when you get to. [00:34:36] Speaker C: Now the. [00:34:37] Speaker A: The Greek rendering of. Of this one, because we want to. Want to. Want to find out where that word pneuma came from. And we said that the root of the word pneuma is neo. [00:34:46] Speaker C: And the. The word neo means to blow or blow, breath, Hallelujah. So it needs to blow or breath. [00:34:52] Speaker A: And the Hebrew for. [00:34:53] Speaker B: For. [00:34:53] Speaker C: For that blow or breath is rua. [00:34:56] Speaker A: Okay? And then, so. But then in the Greek, it is nail. All right? So nail there is to blow or to breathe, to breathe hard on. [00:35:05] Speaker C: That's the blow. So it's like, that's. That's nail. [00:35:08] Speaker A: To breathe or to blow. Okay? [00:35:11] Speaker C: So here, when you read John, chapter three, verse eight, says the wind, but actually he says the. The numa. So he. They translated it here as the wind, all right? Because the context will tell you the [00:35:22] Speaker A: description of what numa was referring to. [00:35:25] Speaker C: Here instead of spirit, it means the wind. It says the wind blows or the spirit blows. So, so here, that word there, the wind that they translated, the wind is numa. It says numa. [00:35:37] Speaker D: All right? [00:35:38] Speaker C: And then from numa they went. It says the numa is nail. [00:35:42] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:35:42] Speaker C: She says the. The wind blows or the spirit blows, all right? Where it lists wherever it wants. And then it says. And you hear the sound just like this is. This is. The spirit is like wind. She says, okay, you can. You. You cannot see the wind, but you can see the effect. The effect of the wind blowing. [00:36:03] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:36:04] Speaker C: When you look at the trees or when you look at the leaves on the ground, the leaves are being carried by something, all right? There's a blow, there's a wind, there's a spirit. There's something that is carrying the leaves, or there's something that is blowing against the tree, and the tree is moving. So you can see the effect. [00:36:22] Speaker B: Oh. [00:36:23] Speaker C: Ah. So you can see the effect. The wind blow. [00:36:28] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:36:29] Speaker C: So it says the wind blows, says Luma, Neo, you know? All right, so it says. It says, or the spirit. [00:36:36] Speaker A: Or sometimes it translated spirit, Glory to God. [00:36:39] Speaker C: So that's where that word comes from. So it comes from the word near, [00:36:42] Speaker A: which means to blow. And you find. You'd find it being used there very. The two words being used in this scripture in John, chapter three, verse eight. Glory to God. [00:36:51] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:36:56] Speaker A: Okay, so that is spirit. [00:36:59] Speaker C: So spirit comes from the word blow, which is neo. [00:37:03] Speaker A: All right, so spirit is numa. Glory to God. Spirit is numa. Okay, so we're looking at what the spirit. Hallelujah the spirit. And, you know, sometimes, you know, the [00:37:17] Speaker C: context is usually what the translators use [00:37:20] Speaker A: to try and distinguish between. So that word that is, it was always just numa. So sometimes they use it for wind. The wind. And then sometimes they use it for spirit. Okay? And then sometimes it is translated is as. As the Holy Spirit. Okay? When you not. [00:37:40] Speaker C: But then as when it is the [00:37:41] Speaker A: Holy Spirit, usually it would be hagios numa, referring to the Holy Spirit or the Spirit of God. It is usually hagios numa. Glory to God. And then sometimes it's just that word spirit, okay? Where there will be no to say Holy Spirit, right? So there'll be no hagios in some. And then usually it is now that when you study the context where it [00:38:03] Speaker C: will not tell you what spirit is he talking about. Is it hagios numa, or is he [00:38:08] Speaker A: talking about spirit as in the wind? [00:38:11] Speaker C: Or like, like. [00:38:12] Speaker A: Like here in John, chapter three, verse eight? [00:38:14] Speaker C: Or is he talking about spirit as in the. [00:38:16] Speaker A: The recreated human spirit, man's spirit, the spirit of a man. Do you understand? [00:38:21] Speaker C: So, you know, the context is what [00:38:23] Speaker A: tells you what he's talking about. And I can show you a scripture that you know was translated inaccurately because of that word spirit. [00:38:31] Speaker C: But in the context, when you study [00:38:32] Speaker A: the context, you'll actually begin to understand what the, what the, what the scripture is saying. We can go to First Corinthians, chapter 2. [00:38:40] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:38:42] Speaker A: First Corinthians, chapter 2. So now when you see it, then you see how that word spirit is used. But then you know, [00:38:54] Speaker D: ah, [00:38:59] Speaker A: Let's read First Corinthians chapter 2 from verse 10. Hey, can I go to verse 10 quickly? Okay. [00:39:09] Speaker B: Okay. [00:39:10] Speaker A: While we're still on this subject, but I want to take you back to the earlier part of First Corinthians chapter 2. But because I can stress, I can show you an example of this, of, of some errors that were made in translating that word spirit, all right? With a capital letter S to suggest that it's. It's hagios numa. But because there was no hagios there, they just thought that, you know, if it's just numa, it's referring to spirit. There are many places in the, especially when you, When. When you study your Bible where you find the capital letter S for spirit. But there was no holy before it or hagios before it. That sometimes suggests that it was the Holy Spirit. But actually it's not the spirit. It's talking about the human spirit, the spirit of a man. What the Bible calls the spirit of man or the human spirit. Hallelujah. And sometimes when you, when you read the context, you actually get to discover that it's not talking just about the spirit of a man, but it's talking about the recreated, that is the born again spirit of a man. All right, Glory to God. So now let's go here. First Corinthians, chapter 2, verse 10 says, [00:40:13] Speaker C: But God has revealed them unto us by his spirit. [00:40:19] Speaker A: You pay attention there. So he's talking about here, his spirit. [00:40:23] Speaker C: Now when he says his spirit is talking, that word there is numa. [00:40:26] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:40:27] Speaker A: His spirit is numa. [00:40:29] Speaker C: All right, which is spirit or wind? [00:40:33] Speaker A: Okay? [00:40:33] Speaker C: And then it says for the spirit. [00:40:37] Speaker A: Okay? [00:40:37] Speaker C: So now he says, now for the spirit, okay, searches all things, yea, the deep things of God. So now which is the spirit that [00:40:49] Speaker A: searches all things, yea, the deep things of God. [00:40:54] Speaker C: See, so now that word there, so they said the spirit, capital letter, it says by his spirit. So this is by. By his spirit, right? Capital letter S. And then they went on to say, for the Spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God. All right, but now when you study the context, but in both instances of [00:41:18] Speaker A: the word spirit they put capital letter [00:41:21] Speaker C: S. But then when you study the context, you actually discover that the second [00:41:25] Speaker A: spirit there was supposed to be a [00:41:26] Speaker C: small letter S. All right? Supposed to be a small letter S. [00:41:30] Speaker A: But, but can we read it in the context that you can see what I'm saying? Okay, when you go into verse 11, [00:41:35] Speaker C: you'll actually see why I say that. [00:41:37] Speaker A: Okay? Why? [00:41:39] Speaker C: Because the Holy Spirit is God. Do you understand? When you understand who the Holy Spirit is, when you know who the Holy Spirit is, when you have a revelation of who the Spirit, of who God's spirit is, you actually know that the Holy Spirit is God. So the Holy Spirit does not search the deep things of God. He is God. He doesn't need to search the deep things of God. He doesn't need to search the deep things of himself. He is God himself, the Holy Spirit. His Spirit is God himself. So there's no need for the Spirit of God to search out the deep things of God. All right, so what spirit is he talking about? He's talking about the human spirit. The born again human spirit is the one that searches for the deep things of God. God. Do you get it? And now verse 11 proves it. Let's read it now from verse 10 [00:42:29] Speaker A: to verse 11, okay? [00:42:31] Speaker C: Says, But God has revealed them unto us by his Spirit. [00:42:37] Speaker A: Okay? [00:42:38] Speaker C: For the Spirit, our Spirit, us, us. Our spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God. So that our human spirit is the one that searches the deep things of God. All right. All right. Because God has revealed these things to us by his Spirit, but he has revealed them to us. He reveals them to us in our human spirits. [00:43:03] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:43:04] Speaker C: And then our human spirits are the one that searches for these deep things of God. Do you understand? The human spirit. So it's not supposed to be capital letter S here. It's supposed to be small letter S, but let's finish. It says, for the spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God. [00:43:23] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:43:24] Speaker C: And then that word there is God, which means. Because it's not supposed to be for. It means it's because when you say because, it means that I'm saying what I'm about to say now because of what I've just said just now. Okay, well, I'm saying what I'm about to say hereafter because of what I've. Or because of what I've just said? Because hereafter. So that word G here, that is translated for exactly means because it's not [00:43:50] Speaker A: actually supposed to be for. All right. [00:43:52] Speaker C: It's actually translated because. [00:43:54] Speaker A: Or therefore, hallelujah. [00:43:56] Speaker C: It says. Therefore says what man knows the things of a man save the spirit of man which is in him. He says, who knows the things of a man except the spirit of a man that is in him? Why? Because that spirit of a man is the one that searches the deep things of God. And then. Now listen to what this explanation it says. Who knows the things of a man except the spirit of a man that is in him. [00:44:20] Speaker A: All right. Okay. And then it says. [00:44:23] Speaker C: And it says, even so, the things of God knows no man but the spirit of God. That's why the spirit of a man is the one that searches the deep things of God. Why through. [00:44:35] Speaker B: In. [00:44:36] Speaker C: In the Holy Spirit. Do you get it? So the Spirit of God searches the deep things of God, of the Holy Spirit. Okay, so he's searching the deep things of God. Why? Because the Spirit of God. No man knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. So that's why the human spirit is the one that searches the deep things of God. So the spirit there that is referring to is not capital letter S as in the Spirit of God, but it's in small letter S as in the spirit of a man. [00:45:06] Speaker A: Okay, let's read it again one time [00:45:08] Speaker C: so you can see. It says, but God has revealed them [00:45:10] Speaker A: unto us by his Spirit. For this Spirit, small letter S. His [00:45:14] Speaker C: spirit, capital letter S. Then. For his spirit, small letter S, searches all things, yea, the deep things of God. For the Spirit. Which spirit? The spirit of a man. [00:45:23] Speaker D: Okay. [00:45:24] Speaker C: For what man? Okay, let's. Let's. [00:45:27] Speaker A: Let's read it again. Even so, the things of God [00:46:27] Speaker B: knows [00:46:28] Speaker C: no spirit of a man, but the Spirit of God knows no man but the Spirit of God. That is why the Spirit of man searches the deep things of God, because the Spirit of God is the one that knows the deep things of God. So if the Spirit of God is the one that knows the deep things of God, the Spirit of God does not need to search the deep things of God because he already knows them. Do you get it? All right. He does not need to search out the deep things of God because he is the Spirit of God. He already knows them. So that word spirit there is small letter S. So it's the. It's your spirit, the human spirit that searches the deep things of God. Right? Why? Because the Spirit of God. [00:47:10] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:47:11] Speaker C: Is already says, no man knows the things of the Spirit of God except the Spirit of God. So the Spirit of God does not need to search out the deep things of God. If you read the context accurately, you [00:47:38] Speaker A: Won't come up with that confusion. You will actually get it here what it is saying. All right, so that means that that [00:47:44] Speaker C: word says by his Spirit, capital letter S for the Spirit. The one when he says the Spirit searches all things, it's not the Holy Spirit. Why? Because in verse 11 he says the [00:47:53] Speaker A: Holy Spirit already knows the things of God. He says no man knows the things of the Spirit of God, right? But this. But the Spirit of God. [00:48:01] Speaker C: Okay, so why does he need to search them out? He already knows them. So that word spirit there is not supposed to be capital letter S. It's small letter S. So it's the. [00:48:08] Speaker A: Your human spirit, your born again human [00:48:10] Speaker C: spirit is the one that searches all things. Yea, the deep things of Go. [00:48:15] Speaker A: Do you get it now? So it is your human spirit. [00:48:18] Speaker C: It is your born again human spirit that searches what? [00:48:22] Speaker A: The deep things of God. It's not the Spirit of God. The Spirit of God is God already. [00:48:26] Speaker C: He doesn't need to say, because verse 11 says he already knows them. [00:48:30] Speaker A: Okay? [00:48:30] Speaker C: It says. It says, [00:48:34] Speaker A: save the Spirit of which is. [00:48:36] Speaker C: It says even so. He says even so. He doesn't need to search the deep things of God, because he is God. [00:48:57] Speaker C: So the translators should not have put [00:48:59] Speaker A: a capital letter S there because that misled a lot of people. Okay? But when you study, when you rightly divide and you study, you actually get to. To see it there. Okay? And then he says, so why? [00:49:12] Speaker C: Why? [00:49:13] Speaker A: The Spirit of God already knows. All right? [00:49:15] Speaker C: Why? Because says no. [00:49:16] Speaker A: Even so, no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God which is in him. And then verse 12 it goes on [00:49:22] Speaker C: to say, it says, now we. [00:49:50] Speaker C: So that we might know these things. Because now we have received them. We have not received the Spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is of God. So that we might know the things that have been found freely given to us. Of God. So how do we know the things that have been freely given to us of God? When our human spirit begins to search out those deep things of God? [00:50:11] Speaker A: Do you get it? [00:50:12] Speaker C: So that's that word there, spirit. So the word spirit is. Now they put ma to now say numa, all right? To now say numa. When they come up with numa, what does the ma mean? The ma. So ma is a suffix that was [00:50:33] Speaker A: usually commonly used in the Greek. In the ancient Greek, or. [00:50:38] Speaker C: It was a suffix that was added to nouns or verbs. Is now the adjective. Do you get it? That is now the adjective of that word numa, that is pneumaticus, that one is talking about spiritual, all right? That is the. The ones that are spiritual. All right, so it moves from blow to spirit to spiritual. Okay? [00:54:55] Speaker C: All right, so this talks about the wind or those that which. That which pertains to those that have [00:55:03] Speaker A: an effect of blowing, that is pneumaticus. [00:55:07] Speaker C: But in simple English term, in director, when you want to really break down [00:55:11] Speaker A: what neo numa and pneumaticos mean. [00:55:15] Speaker C: So pneumaticos is talking about, says that those that are of that which blows and its effect of the blowing, that is pneumaticos. That's why he said the spiritual. That's why it now translated and they say the spiritual, it means that those that have the. The effects of the blowing, right, those that pertain to those to. To the blowing and its effects. So now that's what says in First Corinthians, chapter 41 says, Follow after charity, but desire the pneumaticos. All right, so he's talking about those that are like the wind. They're like the wind. [00:56:01] Speaker A: Let's go back to John chapter. Chapter John, chapter 3, verse 8. Jesus described it beautifully here. He was talking about. [00:56:14] Speaker C: He was talking about those that are [00:56:15] Speaker A: born again and filled with the Holy Spirit. [00:56:17] Speaker C: He says the wind blows where it lists, says, and you hear the sound. You hear the sound. Glory to God, says, bear off. And then he says, but you cannot tell where it is coming from. And then he says, and you cannot tell where it is going. Says you can feel the effect and you can hear the sound of wind, but you cannot tell where it's coming from. And you cannot tell where it is going. And then it says, and then so is everyone that is born of the wind, that is born of the spirit of the pneuma. [00:56:45] Speaker A: Glory to God. [00:56:46] Speaker C: Who is that? Those are the pneumaticos. That's why I'm saying that when he's talking about pneumaticos, he's not talking about. He's not talking about a gift. It is who you are. That's what we said last week. So this has got nothing to do with gifts here. So Paul was not. Or the Holy Spirit was not trying to tell us anything about gifts here. Okay, so now let's go back to [00:57:05] Speaker A: first Peter, chapter two. [00:57:06] Speaker C: Let's finish it. And you actually find that. That regarding the pneumaticos, he never actually [00:57:27] Speaker A: put that word gifts there. And the key is the MA suffix Glory to God. That we'll look at that we looked at when from neo to numa and then we went on to pneumaticos. Glory to God. Okay, so neo is the verb and then numa is the noun, and then pneumaticos is the adjective. [00:57:53] Speaker A: And then when you go now to [00:57:54] Speaker C: first Corinthians, chapter 12, and then you [00:57:56] Speaker A: begin to study thoroughly, rightly divide the word, you actually find out that the word gifts was not there. Okay, so now let's go back to First Corinthians, chapter two. Let's finish it. Let's finish it. Says, but God has given unto. Says, says, now we have received not [00:58:11] Speaker C: the spirit of the Word, but the spirit which is of God, that we might know the things which are freely given to us of God. [00:58:17] Speaker A: And then verse 13 says, which things [00:58:20] Speaker C: we also speak says not in the words which man's wisdom teaches, but says, but which the Holy Spirit teaches. Comparing pneumaticos with pneumaticos. Hey, all right, let's go to verse 14, that now Paul introduces that word pneumaticos here in First Corinthians chapter 2. All right. [00:58:43] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:58:44] Speaker C: So now in order for you to understand First Corinthians, chapter 12, you have to come and read here from where he started this subject. In First Corinthians chapter 2, it says, but the natural man. Now you see, now he's telling you that. Says, but the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness unto him. He says, neither can he know them because they are pneumaticos. [00:59:12] Speaker D: Glory to God. [00:59:14] Speaker C: They are pneumaticos, Anacreno. They are spiritually destined. And Akrino is talking about understood, discernment, understood, he said, because Jesus said in John, chapter three, verse eight, that they cannot, he cannot be understood. You can hear the sound. You can see the effect, you can see the power. You can see that something is happening when this person is doing this. We're talking about the pneumaticos says, but you cannot tell, you cannot understand where it is coming from, where he's going, how he could do this. Says, just like the wind, such is the what? Those that are born of the Spirit, which, who are they? They are the pneumaticos. So it says, the natural man says, does not receive or understand the things of the Spirit of God because they are pneumaticos, anakino kaya. They are spiritually understood, spiritually discerned. [01:00:06] Speaker D: Glory to God. [01:00:07] Speaker B: Hey. [01:00:09] Speaker C: So he brings in the word, say pneumaticos. He says, only the pneumaticos can understand these things. All right, verse 15 says, but he that is the pneumaticos says he that is pneumaticos. What is he comparing? He's comparing the natural man, that is the man that is not born again. With what? With the pneumaticus. This is the man that is born again and filled with the Holy Spirit. Because there is another man which he calls the carnal man. Now, the carnal man is not one that is not born again, but the carnal man is the one that is born again but is not filled with the Holy Spirit. Henceforth he cannot be led by the Holy Spirit. And now he come to this condition of being carnal. Do you get it? But then there are those that are the pneumaticus. They are the spiritual. [01:00:57] Speaker D: Glory to God. [01:00:58] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [01:00:59] Speaker C: He says, but he that is pneumaticos says he judges. [01:01:03] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [01:01:04] Speaker C: He says he anacreno and he judges. He distinguishes all things, Says he distinguishes. He judges all things, but yet he himself is judged of no man. Just the same thing. What Jesus said in John, chapter three, verse eight. He says he's like the wind, the One that is born of the spirit says he's like the wind. You don't know where he's coming from. You don't know where he's going. You can hear his sound. You can see the effects of the blow, of the wind, of the blowing, but you don't know where it started, where he came from and where he's going. You just see the effects of the wind. That is the pneumatic cost, he says, but he himself is judged of no man says. No man says. The natural man does not understand this. [01:01:50] Speaker B: The. [01:01:51] Speaker C: The pneumatic hallelujah. So, child of God, if people that are not born again, people that are not born again, and spirit filled with the Holy Spirit, if they do not understand what you are doing, it's okay. Why? Because the Bible and Jesus said so, said they will not understand. Why? Because you are like the wind. They hear your sound. [01:02:12] Speaker D: Glory to God. [01:02:13] Speaker C: They see your impact, but they cannot tell how that impact came, where the impact is going, and why there is that impact. It's like wind pneumaticos, kaya. Yeah, it says, but he that is pneumaticos says he judges all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. He's understood of no man. That's why these people cannot understand us. They could not understand the pneumaticus. They cannot understand the child of God. They cannot understand the spiritual, the pneumaticus. Hey, so it's okay to be misunderstood, why? Because the word of God said that the natural man cannot understand you because you're operating. It is pneumaticos, anakino. It is spiritually understood. It is spiritually undiscerned. [01:03:04] Speaker D: Glory to God. [01:03:05] Speaker C: Hey, verse 16 says, for who has mind of the Lord that he might instruct it? We have the mind of Christ. I have the mind of Christ. I have the mind of Christ. Hey, I'm the pneumaticos now. Oh, we are out of time time here. Now we're talking about what the spirit gifts and graces. So now for us to. Now to go into First Corinthians, chapter 12, we now have to study that word gifts. [01:03:39] Speaker A: What is the word gifts in the original Greek? [01:03:43] Speaker C: And was it actually used in First Corinthians, chapter 12, when you actually now [01:03:47] Speaker A: begin to study the word gifts? Because now we've studied spirit, now we. [01:03:51] Speaker C: We've studied breath or blow, which is [01:03:54] Speaker A: nail, and we've studied numa, or spirit [01:03:57] Speaker C: or wind, and then we've studied pneumaticos. All right, which is the ones that pertain to the. [01:04:04] Speaker A: To the breath or the blowing and [01:04:06] Speaker C: the effects of the blowing, that is the pneumaticos, the effect of the blowing, the result of the blowing. Those that are of the blood blowing, all right, and of the wind and the. The effect of the wind, that is the pneumatic, that is who you are. Jesus said that nobody knows, nobody can understand, says they can hear your sound, but they don't know where that spirit is blowing. For where that wind is blowing from or where it is going says such are they that are born of the Spirit, that is the pneumaticos, that is us. So now in First Corinthians, chapter 12, the apostle Paul, the spirit of God did not use the word gifts. [01:04:49] Speaker A: We'll study the word gifts in our next what the word says, because we're out of time right now. So we'll study the word gifts and whether that word gifts is acting in First Corinthians, chapter 12. [01:05:01] Speaker C: To say so it will suggest to say spiritual gifts. [01:05:07] Speaker A: Now, when we study the word gifts. Now, the word gift in the Greek is doma, all right, which is the. The singular, and domata, which is the plural. And then you have also gratuity, which is the effect of the doma, all right? The effect of the gift is now gratuity, which is doron. And the other way that they used is dorea, all right? [01:05:27] Speaker C: Okay, so now doron or dirya is [01:05:30] Speaker A: the result of doma, okay? [01:05:32] Speaker C: So now the gift. [01:05:33] Speaker A: Now, so what you get there is the. Is the. [01:05:37] Speaker C: Is. [01:05:40] Speaker A: Is the. Is the gratuity, right? So, so, so now the result of the. [01:05:44] Speaker C: The gratuity is now dorema, all right? [01:05:47] Speaker A: Dorema, which is now bestowment. Now dorema is now the bestowment. So you see the progression here from doma to do to doron or dorea to dorema, okay? Like we had neo to numa to pneumaticos, okay? You see that progression? So now when we study the word gifts, we'll look at that same progression from doma or domata or doron or dorea to dorema, okay? That's that progression again. So now we'll figure we'll find out where. And that is the word for gift, gratuity or bestowment. Okay? So bestowed is now talking about the result of something, okay?
